Hotel Lobby AI

Acceptable Use Policy

The content rules for Hotel Lobby AI: what is prohibited, how we moderate AI-generated videos, how to report a violation and how we enforce.

Version 1.0 · Last updated: 2026-10-04

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses Hotel Lobby AI (the "Service"), operated by HESONGTING. It covers all content uploaded to, generated by, stored on or shared from the Service:

  • Inputs: the portrait photos you select and the composited source frame uploaded to our servers.
  • Outputs: AI-generated videos and their AI-generated audio (beat and rap vocals).
  • Any video or still you download from the Service and publish elsewhere.

The Service has no free-text prompt box. Every generation prompt is a fixed stage template written by us; you choose a stage, format, length and quality tier.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate, upload or distribute any of the following six categories of content:

  • Sexual / NSFW content — nudity, sexual acts or sexually suggestive content of any kind. The Service does not allow adult content, even with age verification.
  • Violent or gory content — depictions of violence, gore, injury, torture, self-harm, cruelty to people or animals, weapons used against people, or content that glorifies, threatens or incites violence.
  • Hate speech — content that attacks, demeans or incites discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or serious illness.
  • Child safety violations (CSAM) — any sexual, sexualized or exploitative content involving minors.
  • Deepfakes and impersonation — videos of a real person made without their permission, or videos that impersonate celebrities, public figures or politicians, or that are meant to mislead viewers into thinking the footage is real.
  • Copyright and trademark infringement — photos, logos, characters or other material you do not have the rights to use, and attempts to reproduce copyrighted songs or music videos.

2.1 Zero tolerance

The following are removed immediately, the account is permanently banned, and we may report the content to the competent authorities (including NCMEC for child sexual abuse material):

  • Child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving a minor.
  • Content that promotes, supports or assists terrorism, violent extremism or mass violence.
  • Instructions for making weapons capable of mass casualties.
  • Content inciting genocide or violence against a group.
  • Sexual deepfakes of a real person made without their consent.

2.2 Other prohibited behaviour

  • Uploading photos of people without their permission, or photos of minors unless you are their parent or legal guardian.
  • Harassing, bullying, humiliating or threatening any person.
  • Spreading disinformation or presenting AI-generated videos as genuine recordings of real events or people.
  • Fraud, scams, spam or bulk generation intended to deceive.
  • Trying to bypass moderation, usage limits or other safety features.

3. How We Moderate Content

3.1 Before generation

  • Fixed prompts: users cannot write prompts, so the Service cannot be instructed to depict violence, nudity or other prohibited scenes. Every stage template is written and reviewed by us.
  • Account controls: generation requires a signed-in account with a verified email address, which ties every video to an accountable user.
  • Model safety filters: each source frame and prompt is screened by the safety system of our AI model provider (fal.ai (ByteDance Seedance 2.0 video models)) before rendering. Requests it flags are rejected and the credits are refunded automatically.

3.2 After generation

  • Output screening: the model provider’s safety system also checks generated videos; flagged outputs are not delivered.
  • Human review: every report we receive is reviewed by a person (Section 4).
  • AI disclosure: all videos are synthetic, and our Terms prohibit presenting them as real footage.

3.3 Severity levels

LevelExamplesAction
L1 CriticalChild safety, terrorism, non-consensual sexual deepfakesContent removed, account permanently banned, reported to authorities where required
L2 HighSexual content, graphic violence or gore, hate speech, impersonation of a real personContent removed, account suspended pending review
L3 MediumUsing someone’s photo without permission, harassment, copyright infringementContent removed, written warning
L4 LowMisleading presentation of a video, minor rule breachesWarning and request to correct

4. How to Report a Video

Anyone — users, people shown in a video, or rights holders — can report content created with the Service. Email [email protected] with:

  • A link to the video, or a screenshot and where you found it.
  • Which rule you believe it breaks (Section 2).
  • If you are the person shown or the rights holder, a short statement saying so.

Report child sexual abuse material to [email protected] with "URGENT" in the subject line; do not attach the material itself. We keep the identity of reporters confidential and do not share it with the reported user. Deliberately false or abusive reports may lead to action against the reporting account.

5. What Happens After You Report

Every report is acknowledged by email, assigned a severity level and reviewed by a person. We then remove the content, act on the account and tell you the outcome.
